Tom has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. In February of 2016 Tom was elected President of PeoplesBank, previously serving as the bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst Isenberg School of Management (B.S. Business Administration) and is a Certified Public Accountant. Tom attended the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College. He serves on the Advisory Council of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
Executive Vice President, Senior Lender & Chief Credit Officer
Michael has over 30 years of banking experience in all areas of commercial banking, including lending, cash management, credit and operations. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and a Master of Business Administration degree at Western New England University in Springfield, MA. A resident of Feeding Hills, he is on the Board of Directors for the Springfield Technical Community College Foundation and Trustee of the Springfield museum. He was previously affiliated with the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and the Service League of Western Massachusetts and Community Foundation.
Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Brian has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. He is a graduate of Bryant College and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and is a recipient of the Wharton Leadership Certificate. Brian is president of the Finance and Accounting Society of New England and an officer of the Financial Managers Society, Boston Chapter. He serves on the boards of directors for the Greater Holyoke Chamber of Commerce and The Children's Study Home.
Senior Vice President - Chief Risk Officer
Starting at PeoplesBank in 1985, Jackie has over 25 years of experience. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College (B.A. Economics); University of Massachusetts (M.B.A.); Babson College (MassBankers School of Financial Studies); Villanova University (Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma); and Dartmouth College (Tuck School of Business - Leadership Program). Jackie gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors at the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, and as a member on the following: Investment and Finance Committee for the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts, Community & Economic Development Council for the Town of South Hadley, and COCC Strategic Development Council.
Senior Vice President - Retail and Operations
Aleda began her career in banking in 1996 and joined PeoplesBank in 2013. She received her undergraduate degree from Westfield State University and her Masters of Business Administration from Western New England University. In 2016, Aleda graduated from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking where she also received a Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School. Additionally, she completed the Six Sigma Certificate program from Duke University’s Office of Continuing Studies and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Aleda volunteers her time as a Student Advisor for current enrollees in the ABA Graduate School of Banking as well as serves on the Board of Directors of Dress for Success Western Massachusetts.
Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer
Amy has over 18 years of experience working with business leaders to develop and implement people management and talent development strategies. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State University and a Masters of Human Resource Development from American International College. An active member of the community, Amy has served on many boards including the United Way of Hampshire County, Leadership Pioneer Valley and CHD. Amy is a reader for the Link to Libraries program and serves on the Service Above Self Annual Luncheon Committee for the Springfield Rotary and Basketball Hall of Fame. A longtime resident of Western Massachusetts, Amy lives in Wilbraham with her husband and two daughters.
