Professional Background: Todd brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Southbridge Savings Bank in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and advanced through senior leadership roles before being named President and CEO in 2014. Following the 2016 merger of Southbridge Savings Bank and SpencerBANK to form Cornerstone Bank, Todd served as President and Treasurer and was later appointed CEO in 2021. In January 2026, he assumed the role of CEO at PeoplesBank.
