The Care Center

The Care Center helps young mothers and low-income women fall back in love with learning and go to college. Oona Cook and Jane Slater join to share the importance of their organization s programs.

Local Farmer Awards

Cari Carpenter and Sarah Voiland join to talk about the importance of the Local Farmer Awards. The program provides grants for projects that can be used for necessary farm improvements.

Berkshire Hills Music Academy

Katelynn Shea joins to talk about the Berkshire Hills Music Academy and its upcoming gala. Berkshire Hills is a unique college like program for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ride to Remember

Chicopee Fire Captain Katie Collins-Kalbaugh and Holyoke Fire Lieutenant Maria Pelchar joined to talk about the Ride to Remember. The event began after a Springfield Police Officer was killed in the line of duty and has raised more than $400,000 for organizations.

Forest Park Brew at the Zoo

Sarah Tsitso of the Forest Park Zoo joins to talk about the Brew at the Zoo event, a great mix of craft beer samples from local breweries and animal interactions.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Family Services
