We have modified customer access to our Banking Centers, which now offer either Drive-Thru or VideoBankerITM services only, or limited in-person transactions by appointment only, until further notice. In addition, we have modified the operating hours at several locations. Our online and mobile channels remain available 24/7, as do our ATMs.

Lobby services for certain transactions will be available by appointment only in an effort to reduce the number of people in a single location. To make an appointment, please contact your Banking Center's direct phone number and someone will assist you. A complete list of our locations can be accessed here. If we are able to assist you immediately, we will do so.

Please note: Effective Wednesday, May 6, all customers will be required to wear protective face coverings in our banking center locations, per orders of the Governors of Massachusetts and Connecticut.


Effective Wednesday, April 1, we adjusted the hours and services available at several of our Banking Centers, as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, and the resulting state guidance concerning the operation of businesses deemed ‘essential’ (such as banking), and social distancing guidelines.

Out of an abundance of caution, and to insure we can continue to provide uninterrupted banking services now and into the future we will be separating our work force, in order to prevent or minimize any health issues amongst our associates and customers. While we have not had any retail banking associate report being diagnosed or having COVID-19 symptoms, we are aware that such a potential event could have a significant impact on our work force, and our customers.  Therefore, we will be temporarily closing the following Banking Centers to both lobby and drive-thru traffic:

  • Chicopee - 610 Memorial Drive (Drive-Thru Open)
  • East Granby, CT - 1 Turkey Hills Road (VideoBankerITM Open)
  • Hadley - 5 South Maple Street
  • Holyoke (High Street) - 314 High Street
  • Holyoke (Pedlar) - 1866 Northampton Street  (VideoBankerITM Open)
  • Longmeadow - 783 Williams Street
  • South Hadley (Village Commons) - 7 College Street

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause, however, we believe it is an important preventative step that needs to be taken, in order to ensure we can still continue to provide essential services to our customers. Those banking centers not listed above will continue to operate under our modified COVID-19 schedule (see grey box).

As always, our mobile banking and digital services, as well as our network of ATMs, are available 24/7.
