• A PeoplesBank checking account
• The number from your existing debit card
• An image of your choice (see Guidelines/FAQs) or select one from our gallery
• Promotional code, if applicable

Thank you for your interest in a PeoplesBank MyPassion™ Card. Your MyPassion card is subject to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are in addition to those found in the Deposit Account Agreement. MyPassion cards are available to customers with an open consumer Visa® debit card. A PeoplesBank MyPassion card works like a regular Visa debit card and is accepted wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. PeoplesBank reserves the right to deny any submitted picture. Further, if images are deemed unacceptable by PeoplesBank and are repeatedly submitted, PeoplesBank reserves the right to prohibit future use of this service. Based on established Visa guidelines, PeoplesBank reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a submitted image will be accepted. All images submitted must have the consent of the owner including those images downloaded from the internet. By creating a customized card, you give PeoplesBank permission to use the photograph on the card. You also assure that PeoplesBank is risk-free of any loss, damages, liability, or costs should any be incurred directly or indirectly by the use of the photograph. There is a $9.95 fee for this service. For any additional cards requested there is a $9.95 fee. This fee will be deducted from your checking account linked to your Visa debit card. You agree to destroy your existing card once you receive your new card and hold PeoplesBank harmless for any loss as a result of not doing so. You should keep a copy of this agreement.
