PeoplesBank Announces Key Promotions and Appointments

HOLYOKE, MA (December 27, 2017) – PeoplesBank has announced the promotions and appointments of several key associates.

Donna Charette was promoted to First Vice President, Finance. Ms. Charrette previously served as Vice President of Finance. She has more than 28 years of banking experience. A resident of Chicopee, Ms. Charette earned a Leadership Certificate at the New England School of Banking.

Christine Phillips was promoted to First Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Phillips previously served as Vice President, Human Resources. She has more than 15 years of human resources experience. A resident of South Hadley, Ms. Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Tammy Bordeaux was promoted to Vice President, Regional Manager. Ms. Bordeaux previously served as Assistant Vice President, Regional Manager. She has more than 20 years of banking experience. A resident of Somers, CT, Ms. Bordeaux earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Western New England University and an associate degree in business administration from Springfield Technical Community College.

Meghan Parnell-Gregoire was promoted to Vice President, Business Lending Center Manager. Ms. Parnell- Gregoire previously served as Assistant Vice President, Business Lending Center Manager. She has more than 15 years of banking experience. A resident of Holyoke, Ms. Parnell-Gregoire earned an Associate of Science in mathematics from Holyoke Community College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Catherine Snow was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Credit Officer. Ms. Snow previously served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Credit Analyst. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily in credit-related functions. A resident of Southwick, Ms. Snow earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Westfield State University.

Paul Hillsburg was appointed Assistant Vice President, PeoplesWealth Advisory Group. Mr. Hillsburg has more than 30 years of financial, sales, and business development experience. A resident of Ludlow, he earned an associate degree in business management from Springfield Technical Community College. Mr. Hillsburg holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Xiaolei Hua was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager II. Mr. Hua previously served as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager I. He has more than 11 years of banking experience. A resident of South Hadley, Mr. Hua earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Matthew Krokov was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager II. Mr. Krokov previously served as Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager I. He has more than eight years of banking experience. A resident of West Springfield, Mr. Krokov earned a Master of Business Administration from American International College, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Westfield State University, and an associate degree in marketing from Holyoke Community College.

Timothy Wegiel was promoted to Assistant Vice President, Electronic Banking Officer. Mr. Wegiel previously served as Electronic Banking Officer. He has more than 12 years of financial services and banking experience. A resident of Chicopee, Mr. Wegiel earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Western New England University.

Cherlynne Mills was promoted to Business Banking Officer. Ms. Mills previously served as Assistant Vice President, Consumer & Business Banking Center Manager at the St. James Avenue office in Springfield. She has more than 30 years of banking experience. A resident of Wilbraham, Ms. Mills attended Holyoke Community College and Elms College and is presently pursuing a degree at the University of Massachusetts through its University Without Walls program.

Jeffrey Reinke was appointed to Operational Risk Officer. Mr. Reinke has more than 16 years of operations and financial services experience. A resident of South Hadley, Mr. Reinke earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a concentration in finance, from Western New England University.

Victoria Thompson was promoted to Internal Audit Officer. Ms. Thompson previously served as Internal Auditor. She has more than seven years of auditing experience. A resident of Montgomery, Ms. Thompson earned a Master of Science in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Christopher Scott was appointed to Assistant Vice President, Portfolio Manager. Mr. Scott has more than six years of banking experience. A resident of East Longmeadow, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with a concentration in corporate finance, from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mr. Scott is also a graduate of the Springfield Leadership Institute.

Michael Pike was appointed to Hadley Branch Manager (NMLS #1560098). Mr. Pike has more than 12 years of banking and financial services experience. A resident of Granby, he earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Notre Dame College.
