Our Commitment to Sustainability 

Building Green Offices

• Our first green office, opened January 2010 on St. James Avenue - Springfield, was named a LEED Silver certified building in February 2011.

• Our second green location in West Springfield opened July 2011 on Memorial Avenue. The building is currently a LEED registered project.

Financing Renewable Energy Projects

• We have financed over $40 million in wind, hydroelectric and solar power generation throughout Massachusetts.

Cultivating Internal Culture 

• Environmental Committee, chartered January 2008
• Mission: The Environmental Committee will focus on opportunities to foster an environment where "green thinking" is part of our culture and woven into how we conduct our day-to-day business.
