Q: How do I arrange for Direct Deposit?
A: To set-up a direct deposit from your employer, you will need the PeoplesBank routing number (211871772), your PeoplesBank account number, and our address: PeoplesBank, 330 Whitney Avenue, Holyoke, MA 01040.

A: You can order your checks online at Check Reorder.

Q: How do I report a lost or stolen Visa® Check Card or ATM Card?
A: During banking hours, call our Customer Relations Center at 413.538.9500 (outside of area call 800.342.9100).

Monday through Wednesday & Friday - 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday - 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

After banking business hours, call 800.264.5578 within the United States or call collect 701.461.0621 from outside the United States.
